Mov’ntec is committed to working with schools to support the training of young talent and contribute to the development of skills in the field of industry and maintenance.

Support for the creation of an industrial maintenance BTS at the Lycée Carnot

20 March 2024 marked an important stage in our collaboration with the LYCEE POLYVALENT CARNOT BRUAY LA BUISSIERE, with the inauguration of the BTS industrial maintenance. Mov’ntec provided its support in setting up this programme, demonstrating our commitment to education and vocational training. Our involvement is significant and diverse.

Many students from the Lycée Carnot have benefited from work placements and have been taken on at Mov’ntec. These opportunities are available in various fields, particularly electrical engineering and maintenance. We also offer additional training to our employees, such as courses in automation, to encourage ongoing skills development

👤 Apprenticeships in various schools

Mov’ntec also supports apprenticeship programmes at various educational institutions, such as theIUT de Béthune – Université d’Artois, the Lycée André Malraux – Béthune, the Lycée Allende de Béthune and theEcole d’Ingénieurs de l’Artois,ENSAM de Lille. At these schools, we actively contribute to courses, propose study projects, organise company visits and take part in events such as TPE/PME forums to present careers and professional opportunities in our field.

Committed to the future of the industry, we are proud of our partnership with local schools and educational institutions. Our commitment to training young talent is important in meeting the industry’s current and future challenges.

👤 Mov’ntec is committed to the Lycée Allende in Béthune by taking on apprentices in industrialisation and working closely with teachers to define future needs in electrical engineering, robotics and automation. This collaboration fosters an enriched learning environment. As a member of the board of theEcole d’Ingénieurs de l’Artois in Béthune, MOV’NTEC is supporting the creation of the school and contributing to its development by welcoming its first apprentice in September 2024! 👏
