To validate the audits, we had to start from our new strategy to rethink our working method, our processes and sometimes even start from scratch. We had to innovate, test, modify and validate our new working techniques. We had to change our ‘good’ old habits and adopt completely new ones. We also had to create all the new processes associated with the new departments (Sales, Development, IT).
With motivation and hard work, our teams rose to these challenges. Once again, thanks to their skills, their involvement, their added value and their efforts, we have succeeded in proving once again that our company is responsive and loves new challenges!
